Upload and edit images
1. Navigate to https://images.matsu.gov/

2. Click "Log In". This will check your Microsoft credentials and ensure you have the access to upload pictures.

3. Once you have signed in, the new button will appear. Click "Upload".

4. You can drag and drop images here, or click on the images field.

5. Once you have added the images, you will see them load, but this does NOT upload to the system. Make sure to hit the upload button. The upload will run the images through the tagging system, flagging system, and some other preliminary processing.

6. After the system uploads the images (this may take some time!). Here, you can change the names of the files

7. You can also add individual tags to pictures.

8. You can search for other tags and add as many as you need.

9. You can also select all, or select multiple by clicking on the checkboxes next to the images.

10. Then click "Edit Selected"

11. Here you can add tags or names to all of the selected items.

Alert: Alert! This will not append or add to the tags you have created. It will replace them, so make sure to do bulk editing first!
12. Click "Update Selected"

13. Click the "Tags" field.

14. Now we can add tags that are individual to each image.

15. Click "Update" on each of the images where you have changed the metadata (tags, name).

16. If you see in the upload dialog that you meant to upload a different image or version - you can delete any of the images there during the upload process.

17. Click "Delete" to complete the removal of the image from the site.

Once you are done uploading, you can view all of the images you have uploaded. You can also view this by clicking on the "Your Images" tab at the top of the menu.

From here, you can delete or edit any of the metadata of the images you have uploaded.
