This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to create a profile on Tyler Technologies' website. This profile will grant access to the support portal, allowing for case creation and viewing. This process is applicable to all Tyler products used by MSB.

Instructions: 

  1. Navigate to the Tyler Technologies Registration Page in your web browser.
  2. From the list of Tyler products, select the appropriate area of interest. Eg. New World ERP, Enterprise Permitting & Licensing, etc.
  3. Complete the registration form by filling in the required fields. Once completed, click on Register for access to tylertech.com.
  4. After registration, Tyler Technologies will contact the account administrators in IT to confirm the request and designate the appropriate access level.
