First Time Access to ESRI

This article shows you how to create a ESRI account. It is a multistep process. After your account is created, you will still need to have access granted before you can start working.

This is a multi-step process, and requires a ticket. 

1. First,  Login to the Site, and create your account (more on this below)
2. Put in a Ticket letting us know that you have created an account and what Hubsite, or other ESRI product that you need access to edit. 
3. You confirm that you have access. 

First time ESRI/ Hub Site Login

Navigate to https://msb.maps.arcgis.com/home/index.html and click  Sign In button in the upper right corner.

1.     In the login box that appears click on words 'Your ArcGIS organization's URL' (see these steps in the graphic below)

2.     Type MSB in the text box that appears, and then Continue

3.    Click the big blue button

4.    Sign in using your regular borough email and computer password

Complete the MFA process with the Microsoft Authenticator.
