To access eSuite, you will have to activate your account:
- Browse to eSuite
- Click the “Activate Your Account” link

- Fill out the form to activate your account. Click Continue…

- You should receive a confirmation email with a link. Click the link to continue setting up your account.
Note: The confirmation email will go to the primary email address in your employee file; if the email does not show up in your work inbox. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Payroll to confirm your information with them.
- Choose a new username and password.
- Passwords have the following requirements:
- Must be between 16 and 25 characters.
- Must contain an uppercase letter.
- Must contain a number.
- After creating your account, you'll be prompted to setup MFA.
- You must using one of the following apps:
- Microsoft Authenticator
- 1Password
- Google Authenticator
- Okta
