Overview:
eSuite requires that accounts are setup with Multifactor Authentication (MFA). Phone call and text message methods are not available, so this must be configured using an authenticator app on your smartphone. If you don't have a smartphone, you can follow the below instructions to instead use a desktop application (OTP Manager).
Please note: If you do use the desktop application, you will only be able to sign into eSuite from the computer you configured it on. Alternatively, if you use a smartphone you will be able to sign into eSuite from anywhere as long as you have your smartphone on you.
Instructions:
1. Sign into eSuite
2. After signing in you will be prompted to setup MFA.
3. Click on Microsoft OTP
4. Click Download
5. Run OTP Manager Installer.exe
6. After OTP Manager installs it will open and you'll be looking at a page that says "No accounts"
7. Click Add Manually
8. Enter eSuite for the label and then the Secret is the code from eSuite MFA setup page
9. The secret has spaces between every four characters that must be removed before the application will let you click save. After you've removed the spaces, click on the label field again or any field that's not the secret (this is required for the application to verify the secret).
10. Click the save icon in the top-right of the OTP Manager (if the save icon is grayed out, please make sure there are no spaces in the secret. You may also need to click on the label again)
11. You should now see a six-digit code in the OTP Manager. Enter the six-digit code from OTP Manager into eSuite and click Submit
12. MFA is now setup. Every time you sign into eSuite you will need to open the OTP Manager and enter the six-digit code.
