Overview:
Sometimes a ticket needs to be updated with extra information or an attachment needs to be added to a ticket. Please follow this guide on how to accomplish this.
Instructions:

Sign in to support.matsu.gov

Select "My Tickets"

- Click the ticket you would like to update (by default, all tickets you are listed as a contact on are also shown)

- Click "Comment"

- Enter your comment and click "Save" (by default, all contacts listed on the ticket will be notified with your comment. You can remove people from your comment using the x next to their name)

You can also add an attachment using the "add attachment" button.
