How To Update A Ticket

Overview: 

Sometimes a ticket needs to be updated with extra information or an attachment needs to be added to a ticket. Please follow this guide on how to accomplish this. 

Instructions: 

  1. Sign in to support.matsu.gov

  2. Select "My Tickets"

  3. Click the ticket you would like to update (by default, all tickets you are listed as a contact on are also shown)Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  4. Click "Comment"Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  5. Enter your comment and click "Save" (by default, all contacts listed on the ticket will be notified with your comment. You can remove people from your comment using the x next to their name)Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

You can also add an attachment using the "add attachment" button.
