Submission Requirements
Not all images will or even should be put onto MSB's image repository, Blue Harvest. The purpose of Blue Harvest is to store high quality images for all within the borough to use for publications and websites and reduce storage space by storing them in a single location.
Some pictures should not be included within the repository, for example:
- A single use infographic for a project or outreach that will not be used outside of that plan or page
- Images from other repositories unless we have purchased an extended license
- Images of less than professional quality
There are two ways to submit an image to Blue Harvest. First, if you are a user that frequently creates content for the Matsu Borough, you might be given access to Blue Harvest. However, this most do not fall into this category and will otherwise need to submit a ticket
