Getting Started in Content Manager
Welcome!
During Orientation you should have watched a training video in the KnowBe4 system that introduces you to the concepts of Records Management.
As part of your Employee Orientation Checklist you will be assigned 4 more videos in KnowBe4. These videos expand on the concepts you were introduced to during Orientation and start to provide a look at how our Records Management system, Content Manager, looks and feels. You will not have access to Content Manager yet while watching these videos.
- Records Management Overview
- Content Manager Interface
- Searching for Records
- Record Creation and Management
Requesting Access to Content Manager
Once KnowBe4 training is completed, you will reach out to a designated Records Coordinator in your department. Your Records Coordinator will submit a help desk ticket requesting access to Content Manager for you. They will need your full email address and your network login. Your network login is an alpha numeric number that you use to sign into most applications. ABCD1234 for example.
Your Records Coordinator will cover a short PowerPoint with you to see if you have any questions about the contents of the training videos. They may have other training materials that they wish to cover and should work with you in real time as you perform your first tasks in Content Manager.
