Overview:
The Cartegraph portal allows you to submit various requests, including Facility Issues, Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance, and DES/Fleet requests. Access to these options depends on your permissions within the system. For new users, the setup process includes creating a password and familiarizing yourself with filtering options within the portal.
Instructions:
Accessing the Cartegraph Portal

Navigating to the Portal:
- Click HERE or hover over the “Ask For Help” area on the main intranet page.

Logging In:
- Username Format: Your username is your first initial followed by your last name (e.g., John Smith would be JSmith).
- First-Time Login:
- Click the “Forgot your password?” link.
- Enter your login (e.g., JSmith) and click Submit.
- You will receive an email with a hyperlink to set a new password.
Using the Cartegraph Portal
- Submitting Requests:
- Upon logging in, you will see options such as Facility Issue, Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance, and/or DES/Fleet, depending on your permissions.
- Filtering Requests:
- You can filter requests by typing into the fields, such as the Facility Name field. (See example below)
