Cartegraph

Overview: 

The Cartegraph portal allows you to submit various requests, including Facility Issues, Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance, and DES/Fleet requests. Access to these options depends on your permissions within the system. For new users, the setup process includes creating a password and familiarizing yourself with filtering options within the portal.

Instructions: 

Accessing the Cartegraph Portal

  1. Navigating to the Portal:

    • Click HERE or hover over the “Ask For Help” area on the main intranet page.
  2. Logging In:

    • Username Format: Your username is your first initial followed by your last name (e.g., John Smith would be JSmith).
    • First-Time Login:
      • Click the “Forgot your password?” link.
      • Enter your login (e.g., JSmith) and click Submit.
      • You will receive an email with a hyperlink to set a new password.

Using the Cartegraph Portal

  1. Submitting Requests:
    • Upon logging in, you will see options such as Facility Issue, Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance, and/or DES/Fleet, depending on your permissions.
  2. Filtering Requests:
    • You can filter requests by typing into the fields, such as the Facility Name field. (See example below)
