Article Creation Quick Start Guide

Overview


Quick-start guide on how to create KB articles inside of the TDX application. 

Glossary

  • TDX - TeamDynamix
  • KB - Knowledge Base
  • Contributor - Handful of people chosen in each department and division for creating articles
  • Approver - Division heads and those chosen to approve articles that are created for the rest of the organization to view

Tools and Materials Needed

  • Access to the TDX platform as a Knowledge Contributor or a Knowledge Approver 

Steps to Follow (Repeat or rename as needed for multiple step sections)

Go to Knowledge Base

Select your Department Category

Select the appropriate type of article category: Policy / Procedure or How-To

Click New Article

Add Subject like "Update HealthCare Info"

 

Click Templates

Fill out body of article, following the template

 

Set Status to Submitted

Set Review Date and check the box to be notified

Ensure you are the Owner and are notified on feedback

Check the Review boxes and click Save
