This guide walks you through installing the Workforce Mobile app and signing in using your Borough account. It includes device requirements, download instructions, login details, and important usage notes.
Device Requirements
Supported Mobile OS
- iOS: Version 13 or later
- Android: Version 11 or later
Supported App Versions
- Time & Attendance backend: Version 2023.4.2 or above
- Workforce Mobile app: Version 2024.5.1(1) or above
Authentication Requirements
- Must sign in using TID (Tyler Identity Workforce/Gateway)
- Time & Attendance login must use the full Borough email address
Downloading & Installing Workforce Mobile
For iPhone / iPad (iOS)
- Open the Comp Portal.
- Search for “Workforce Mobile.”
- Tap Download and install the app.
For Android Devices
- Open the Comp Portal.
- Search for “Workforce Mobile.”
- Tap Install to download the app.
Logging Into the App
- Open the Workforce Mobile app.
- Enter your full Borough email address as the username.
- Tap Next.
- Enter your password, then tap Sign In.
First‑Time Login Prompts
When signing in for the first time, you may see:
- Location Access Prompt
- Select Allow While Using App or Allow Once
- Client ID
- Notifications
- Choose Allow or Don’t Allow based on preference
