Customize your Shortcuts Bar
The shortcuts bar is an easy, fast way to
access the areas you use the most. Here we will describe how to add, remove,
and reorganize items that are categorized in your shortcuts bar.

Right click anywhere on the Ribbon and select “Customize the
Shortcut Bar”

From here, you can add, remove, or sort the items that are in the
Groups on your Shortcuts Bar
