Follow these steps to access your Borough email account and configure multi-factor authentication (MFA):

Open a Browser and Navigate to Outlook

Log In with Your Email Address
- Enter your email address in the format
firstname.lastname@matsugov.us
and click "Next."

Enter Your Password
- Use the same password that you use to access Borough computers. Enter your password and click "Sign in."

Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Upon your first login or if required, you will be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication. You can choose one of the following methods:
- Phone Call: A call will be made to your phone for verification. This method is recommended for mobile devices.
- Microsoft Authenticator App: You can download the app to your mobile device and use it to verify your login.

Follow the MFA Setup Instructions
