To ensure efficient and timely IT support, the Service Desk should be your primary point of contact for assistance. Whether you have a technical issue, need to submit a request, or require an update on a previous ticket, the Service Desk is equipped to handle your needs.

Instructions: 

  1. Contacting the Service Desk:

    • Phone: Call the Service Desk at 861-8553.
    • Availability: Staff are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
      • If you call after hours, please leave a voicemail, and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
  2. Submitting Tickets:

    • Online Submission: It is recommended to submit tickets to the Service Desk instead of calling or emailing IT staff directly.
      • Submit tickets here.
  3. Service Desk Benefits:

    • Timely Resolution: The Service Desk can take your request and route it to the appropriate person for a timely resolution.
    • Coverage: In case of vacations or role changes among IT staff, submitting a ticket ensures that your issue is still addressed promptly.
