Overview

Support for signing into Borough computers. We can help with password resets and other login failures.

Before submitting this request

  • Confirm you are choosing the correct username (usually your Borough email address).

  • Reboot the computer once.

  • Verify that your network cable is plugged in or that you are in range of WiFi.

  • Gather the following information:

    • Device type (e.g. desktop or laptop)

    • The computer name (e.g., IT42655 or IT-DSJ-1Q65S2Z).

    • Date and time of the last failed sign-in attempt
