Before submitting this request

Confirm you are choosing the correct username (usually your Borough email address).

Reboot the computer once.

Verify that your network cable is plugged in or that you are in range of WiFi.

Gather the following information:

Device type (e.g. desktop or laptop)

The computer name (e.g., IT42655 or IT-DSJ-1Q65S2Z).

Date and time of the last failed sign-in attempt
