    • ArcGIS product and version (e.g., ArcGIS Pro 3.3 or ArcGIS Online)

    • Error message (copy text or attach image)

    • Affected project, map, or layer name/URL

    • Steps you followed before the issue occurred

    • Computer name or mobile device serial number (if using Field Maps)
