Request assistance with Autodesk products such as Map 3D, Civil 3D, Revit, or other Autodesk desktop tools.

Description of service

Use this service to request help with Autodesk products, including:

  • Troubleshooting installation or update failures

  • Licensing problems such as “Cannot connect to license server”

  • Broken external references (Xrefs), missing fonts, or corrupt drawing elements

  • Deployment of approved plugins, add-ins, and content packs

Before submitting this request

  • If requesting a new product/add-in, make sure to obtain supervisor approval

  • Gather the following information:

    • Software product and version (e.g., Civil 3D 2024)

    • Computer name

    • Error message

How we process this request

Once we receive your request, we will assign it to a technician who will contact you during normal business hours.
