Overview

Request help with OpenGov’s Cartegraph platforms such as Cartegraph Asset Management or Cartegraph Mobile.

Description of service

This service troubleshoots Cartegraph login errors, resolves map or layer display issues, and investigates failed asset updates and work orders. Common scenarios include “Can’t open Cartegraph on my iPad,” “My work orders aren’t syncing,” or “A new asset layer isn’t showing up in the map.”

When submitting this request

  • For new accounts or role changes, obtain supervisor approval.

  • Collect the following information (screenshots are helpful):

    • Application and version (Cartegraph OMS web, Cartegraph Mobile)

    • Error message or description of the issue

    • Steps performed just before the issue occurred

How we process this request

Once we receive your request, we will assign it to a technician who will contact you during normal business hours.
