This service troubleshoots and resolves Microsoft 365 desktop, web, and mobile application problems.

Repair or reinstall Office applications that crash, freeze, or fail to update

Common scenarios include “Excel keeps crashing when I open a large file,” “Teams won’t let me join a meeting,” or “OneDrive isn’t syncing my Desktop folder.”

Collect the following information (screenshots are very helpful):

Any recent password changes, profile migrations, or plugin installations
