Description of service

If something isn't behaving the way it's supposed to, or at least how it used to, we want to know! Use this service to report issues with Borough web sites, hub sites, web tools, and publicly accessible utilities like myProperty and Parcel Viewer.

Before submitting this request

  • Gather the following details beforehand:

    • Address of the site or name of the service

    • Screenshots and description of the problem

    • Last known date that it was working

How we process this request

Once we receive your request, we will assign it to a technician who will contact you during normal business hours.
