Description of service
We can help you diagnose and resolve hardware-related failures, including:

No power, intermittent shut-offs, or battery will not hold a charge

Damaged screens, missing pixels, flicker, or cracked LCD panels

Loud fans, overheating, or chassis damage
-
Failed internal components (motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU)

Broken ports, loose power jacks, worn-out keyboards or trackpads
-
Docking-station, monitor, or cable/connectivity issues
-
Accidental liquid spills or physical impacts
If your issue is disrupting your work, we can assign you a temporary loaner computer until your main computer is repaired.
Before submitting this request

Re-seat cables (power, video, docking) and try a different outlet or port.

Power-cycle the device or peripheral once.

Gather the following details (photos are helpful in cases of physical damage):

Computer or peripheral asset tag / serial number

Symptoms and when they began (e.g., “won’t power on,” “fan grinding noise”)

Any recent drops, spills, or moves of the equipment

Urgency or business impact (cannot work, safety hazard, etc.)
How we process this request
Once we receive your request, we will assign it to a technician who will contact you during normal business hours.

Minor repairs (e.g., cable replacement, fan cleaning) are handled on site.

Major repairs (e.g., motherboard, screen) may require warranty service or a loaner device while parts arrive.
