Description of service
This service handles issues related to the phone system, such as:

Desk-phone problems: no dial tone, garbled audio, stuck buttons, and voicemail light errors

Extension moves, name/line appearance changes, call forwarding, hunt group updates, and voicemail resets
-
FaxFinder access, failed inbound or outbound faxes, busy signal loops, and cover sheet errors
-
Analog line troubleshooting for multifunction printers (MFPs) or specialty fax devices connected through gateways
Before submitting this request

Restart the device or application (power-cycle the phone/reboot the PC, refresh the FaxFinder page).

Gather the following information (screenshots of error codes are helpful):

Phone model (e.g., Mitel 6930), extension, and MAC address (printed on the back of the phone)

For fax issues: sender & recipient numbers, date/time, error message, and fax file type/size
-
Any recent moves, cable swaps, or headset additions
