Overview
Get equipment for, and assistance with, face-to-face or hybrid meetings outside the Dorothy Swanda Jones (DSJ) Building—for example, at fire stations, schools, community halls, or rented venues.
Support for these locations is typically more limited than meetings at the DSJ building, however we are still able to provide some support in most cases.
Before submitting this request

Reserve the off-site room or venue first and confirm you have permission for A/V equipment.

If possible, submit this ticket at least five business days in advance.

Gather the following information:

Meeting title, organizer, and department
-
Venue name, full address, and room name/number

Date, start/end time, and expected number of in-person & virtual attendees

Required equipment (OWL, Webcam, projector/TV, laptop, hotspot, etc.)

Presentation source device (Borough laptop, podium PC)
How we process this request
Once we receive your request, we will assign an A/V technician who will coordinate with you to determine how we can best assist you.
