Description of service

This service delivers financial, HR, payroll, time-keeping, document, or permitting data in the format you need. We'll help you

  • Gather reporting requirements and required data elements

  • Identify existing queries, SSRS reports, or existing reports that meet the need—or design a new custom report or SQL view

  • Schedule recurring delivery or publish the report for viewing

  • Document report logic, parameters, and distribution for auditing and user training

Typical requests include quarterly expenditure summaries, payroll audit extracts, department overtime dashboards, vendor-payment listings, etc.

Before submitting this request

  • Obtain supervisor or finance/HR/data-owner approval for accessing sensitive information.

  • Gather the following details:

    • Tyler product/module (e.g., NWERP, Time & Attendance, etc.)

    • Purpose of the report and business question it must answer

    • Data fields needed (GL account, check number, employee ID, permit type, etc.)

    • Date range or filter criteria (fiscal period, department, fund, location)

    • Desired format (Tyler Hub dashboard, PDF, Excel, CSV, scheduled email)

    • Frequency (one-time, monthly close, payroll cycle, ad-hoc) and delivery recipients

Providing a sample or mock-up greatly speeds development.

How we process this request
