Overview

Bluebeam Revu Application Support assists Borough staff who use Bluebeam Revu for PDF markup, construction takeoffs, Studio Sessions, and document collaboration, and who encounter installation, licensing, performance, or other issues.

Description of service

This service troubleshoots and resolves Bluebeam Revu problems such as:

  • Installation or update failures via Bluebeam Access or MSI deployments

  • “No more seats available” or “Invalid serial number/product key” licensing errors

  • Crashes, freezing, or sluggish performance when opening large drawings

  • Broken integrations or missing plugins for AutoCAD, Revit, or MS Office

  • Studio Session / Project connectivity problems (sign-in loops, offline status, file-lock errors)

  • Toolbar, profile, or custom tool set corruption or loss after upgrades

  • Digital signature, stamp, or measurement calibration errors

Technicians verify license entitlements, apply the latest patches, reset user profiles, test cloud connectivity, and coordinate with Bluebeam Support for vendor-level escalations when required.

Before submitting this request

  • Restart Revu and, if possible, reboot the computer to clear cached files.

  • Check that you are on the current version 

  • Gather the following (screenshots are helpful):

    • Revu edition and build (e.g., Revu 21 Complete, v21.0.40)

    • Serial number & product key (Help → About → Registration)

    • Exact error message or symptom and when it began

    • File size/type of the PDF(s) or drawing set involved

    • Whether the issue occurs for all files or only specific documents

    • Any recent upgrades, profile imports, or Windows updates applied

Supervisor approval is required for new license requests or edition upgrades.
