Description of service:
This service supports access and assistance for the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform. Borough staff may use this service for two primary reasons:
- Administrative Support – If you have admin rights in KnowBe4 and need help managing training campaigns, reports, user groups, or other administrative functions.
- Training Assistance – If you are a training participant and require help with accessing modules, troubleshooting issues, or understanding your training requirements.

- For admin support, ensure you have the appropriate permissions and supervisor approval.
- For training assistance, confirm that you’ve attempted to access the training and reviewed any relevant guidance or troubleshooting steps.
We may contact your supervisor to verify access needs and assign additional training or support as required.
