Use this service to request help with a printer, such as:

• Adding or removing printers from your computer
• Issues printing documents
• Malfunctioning printers
• Additions to the address list on multifunction printers
• Help with scanning from printers

Before submitting this request

Gather the following details:

• Printer name or location

• The asset tag of the computer you're printing from

• VBM tag number, if available

Once we receive your request, we will assign it to a technician who will contact you during normal business hours.
