Description of service:
Requests to activate a profile in Content Manager for a new Full Time Borough Employee or an existing employee who does not currently have access.
Before submitting this request:
Please ensure you are authorized to request permission changes for employees. You must be the employee's supervisor or Records Coordinator to submit these requests. If access is needed for a temporary employee, please contact the Records Management team.
How we process this request:
Once Records Management receives approval from the employee's supervisor (or Records Coordinator), the employee's profile will be created and additional steps and training information will be provided.
