Description of service:

The Borough has many mapping tools available to the public. If you have issues with Parcel Viewer, myProperty, the road dashboards, or any of our ArcGIS-powered applications, this is the place to request support and report issues.

Before submitting this request: 

Please describe the steps leading up to the issue, so that we can try to reproduce it. Screenshots are helpful.

How we process this request:

Once we receive your request, we will assign it to a technician who will contact you during normal business hours.

How to request this service:

Click on the Request Service button and fill out the provided form. Your choices in the form will inform us of what issues you are experiencing and how we can best assist.
