Description of service:

Requests for access to an Inactive or Archived Record in Content Manager.

Before submitting this request: 

Please ensure you are authorized to request permission changes for Records. You must be a supervisor or Records Coordinator to submit these requests. Please be prepared to perform work on the Record before the ticket is created, it is important for Archived or Inactive Records not to remain vulnerable to changes for long periods of time.

How we process this request:

Once Records Management receives all needed information access will be granted to the given Record.
