Overview

This article explains how to access the mandatory training required for licensed Microsoft Copilot Office 365 users. All modules listed below must be completed before the paid Copilot license can be assigned. Proof of completion must be provided via a downloadable certificate or confirmation email.

Instructions

Complete Copilot Office 365 Academy Training

1. Navigate to this link: Copilot Office 365 Academy on Microsoft Learn.
2. "Sign in to start" using your Borough work account.
3. Follow the instructions provided with each module..
4. You will be asked to open Copilot Chat, which can be accessed here.
5. Complete the following three training Modules below.
   1. Get started with Microsoft Copilot 
   2. Build agents in Copilot Chat - Online workshop
   3. Craft effective prompts for Microsoft 365 Copilot 
   4. Explore Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat 
6. IMPORTANT NOTE: After completing each module, return to the primary training site to continue with the remaining modules at the Copilot Office 365 Academy.

Additional Information

The Copilot Office 365 Academy training should take 2 - 3 hours to complete.
