Copilot Access

Overview:

Description of service:

This service allows you to request access to the Microsoft Office 365 Copilot licensed application. All Borough staff have access to free Copilot Chat and do not need to use this service to request access for the paid application. See the article here for more information about Copilot Chat and how to access that training.

Before submitting this request:

Please review the key differences between Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot here. Before submitting a request for a paid Microsoft 365 Copilot license, please ensure you’ve completed the Copilot Chat training and obtained approval from your supervisor. We will reach out to your supervisor to confirm the need for a license. Once approval is confirmed, you’ll be assigned the required training. After you successfully complete the training and provide confirmation, we will proceed with assigning your license.

How to request this service:

Click on the Request Service button and fill out the provided form.

If you are unable to fill out the form, you can call our Service Desk at (907)861-8553.
