Overview:

Description of service:

This request of for an assessment of a work site or a particular hazard that is found on a work site or at a facility. Once we are notified, we will schedule a time and date for the assessment. All requests will be followed up on within one (1) business day.           

Before submitting this request: 

Notify your supervisor what the hazard is or where the worksite is located that you want assessed.

How we process this request:

The safety office will respond within 1 business day when practical and set up a date for the assessment.
