This service allows HR to initiate IT onboarding for new employees or employee access changes. Submitting this request ensures that new hires receive appropriate technology resources, accounts, and access rights prior to their first day.

This service supports streamlined coordination between HR and IT, ensuring a smooth, secure, and timely onboarding process.

Who Can Request This Service?

  • HR personnel

  • Supervisors of New Employees

What’s Included?

  • Creation of MSB network and email accounts

  • Assignment of Microsoft 365 license

  • Setup of user in Active Directory

  • Access to standard applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Configuration of security group or typical distribution list memberships

  • Equipment provisioning coordination (e.g., laptop, monitor, mobile device)

  • Assignment of a phone extension or voicemail (if applicable)

  • Application Access Requests for Non-Standard Software

  • Termination Notices

  • Name Changes

  • Title Changes

  • Supervisor Changes
