Description of service

This service diagnoses and resolves problems such as:

  • Sign-in failures or role/permission errors in NWERP, Time & Attendance, EP&L, etc.

  • NWERP screen crashes, batch job or spool file errors, and report export issues

  • Workflow or approval steps not triggering, stuck requisitions, or duplicate journal entries

  • Time & Attendance timesheet submission errors or missing pay codes

  • EP&L permit or inspection data not syncing with GIS layers

Before submitting this request

Collect the following information (screenshots are helpful):

  • Tyler product and module (e.g., NWERP, Time & Attendance, EP&L, AtENT, Cashiering, etc.)

  • Error message or problem description, and the screen where the issue occurred

  • Batch/job number, requisition/PO number, document ID, or permit number involved

  • Steps performed just before the problem appeared

  • Whether the issue affects only you or multiple users/locations
