Description of service:
Requests for access to Applications, VPN, Network Drives, and Shared Mailboxes & Calendars require Supervisor approval. IT does not keep track of every position's access requirements. Supervisors (or authorized department representatives) must provide information to properly setup accounts for employees.
Before submitting this request:
Please ensure you are authorized to request permission changes for employees. You must be the employee's supervisor or authorized Department representative to submit these requests.
How we process this request:
Once IT receives approval from the employee's supervisor (or authorized representative), the employee's account will be created or permissions will be updated. Initial login instructions will be sent to HR and the employee's supervisor to be handed to them on their first day. All further communication will be sent directly to the employee.

Additional Information:
If a service request is not received, IT will provide basic access to the new employee, which will only include a computer login and email account. If the employee needs any additional access, supervisors will be required to submit their approval each time.
