Overview:
Description of service:
The IT Department has a number of items available to support meetings. Most conference rooms have TV's, computers, OWL cameras, and conference phones. If you need additional equipment or need to use the space differently, please request this ahead of time.
Before submitting this request:
Determine which conference room you will be using and what additional equipment may be needed for your meeting.
How we process this request:
Once we receive your request, we will assign it to a technician who will contact you during normal business hours.
How to request this service:
Click on the Request Service button and fill out the provided form. Your choices in the form will inform us of what issues you are experiencing and how we can best assist.
