Description of service:
The MSB has many existing fax lines available to departments. Some of the fax lines are setup on multi-function printers and some are available through a software application called FaxFinder.
Before submitting this request:
Please check with your department administrative professional to see what fax line is available for use.
How we process this request:
Support is available, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If your request is received outside these hours, we will process the request the next business day.
How to request this service:
Click on the "Report Fax Issue" button to report a problem with an existing fax line. Click on the "Request Fax Assistance" button to request a new fax line, let us know you need assistance with using an existing fax line, or need assistance setting up FaxFinder.
