- Some Borough facilities use keycard-activated door locks. This system is managed by IT.
Cameras:
- Not all camera systems are IT managed, however locations with cameras can report issues to IT for investigation.
Before submitting this request:
Please include the badge number for any badge-related requests. If you need a new badge, please contact HR.
How we process this request:
Once we receive your request, we will assign it to a technician who will contact you during normal business hours.
