Description of service:
The Borough uses website filtering to prevent access to unsafe sites, but valid sites can sometimes get blocked. Use this service to report issues accessing online content.
Before submitting this request:
Please include any error messages, as well as whether or not you are connected to public wireless.
How we process this request:
Once we receive your request, we will assign it to a technician who will contact you during normal business hours. Websites that are blocked may take an hour to become available once we've allowed access.
How to request this service:
Click on the Request Service button and fill out the provided form. Your choices in the form will inform us of what issues you are experiencing and how we can best assist.
