Description of service:

All email and calendar support should be requested here.

Let us know if you need assistance with blocked emails, suspicious emails, and the creation or modification of distribution lists, calendars, resources, or shared mailboxes.

The Borough uses filters to prevent suspicious emails from arriving in mailboxes. Sometimes legitimate emails will get caught by these filters and you will not be notified. Please let us know if you suspect an email has been blocked.

Before submitting this request: 

Please provide as much detail as possible. For blocked emails, include the email address being blocked and when you believe it was sent.

For shared mailboxes, calendars, and resources, include the list of staff who need access.

How we process this request:

Once we receive your request, we will assign it to a technician who will contact you during normal business hours.

How to request this service:

Click on the Request Service button and fill out the provided form. Your choices in the form will inform us of what issues you are experiencing and how we can best assist.
