I am unable to log-in to my computer, email, or other system.

Before submitting this request: 

  • Are you a current Mat-Su Borough employee?
  • If you forgot your password, have you tried resetting your computer / email password using this link?
  • Have you already setup MFA for your account using these instructions?

How we process this request:

Depending on the application or system you are having issues with, we will get in touch with additional steps to get you access. 

How to request this service:

Click on the Request Service button and fill out the provided form. Your choices in the form will inform us of what issues you are experiencing and how we can best assist you.

Additional Information:

  • Your account password can only be changed once in a 24 hour period. 
  • It may take some time for a password reset or account enable to sync with online services like email. Please wait about 30 minutes before using your new password with online accounts.
